For all those Sun swimmers who have missed my “easy” sessions then I am pleased to say that extension will be complete by Xmas and I will be back in my regular slot.

If anyone is interested in training tips (session 2 & 3) then let me know as I am thinking of a monthly tips session on the web site.

  The Members Only page provides access to our gala results and swimming times. It also has photos of Seals in action. If you want the password to access this area, send an email to the webmaster (telling me who you are!).
