“It was a great atmosphere with the kids “high fiving” the policemen on bikes and the Samsung van handing out inflatable tubes to bang together -very noisy! As Anne got off the coach, the kids mobbed her and everyone wanted photos taken with her. It was such a wonderful moment and Anne looked like she enjoyed every moment, although a little overwhelmed by the turnout.” Kim

As you all know, the BBC came along to interview Anne last week. Unfortunately, the camera had a condensation problem so they’re coming back again on Tuesday 29th at 7pm to have another go.  So, if you want to be on TV…

We had the BBC filming and interviewing at Ringwood on Tuesday because Anne is through to the final three in the southern region heat of BBC Sports Unsung Hero 2011. Many thanks to Tarah for nominating her and doing all the paperwork (see it here).
