This year’s Ringwood Seals Home Championships will take place on Tuesday 10th, Friday 13th, Tuesday 17th and Friday 20th November.

Further details on timings and race schedules to follow.

Sunday training will continue as normal.

The last few training sessions before the August break are:

Tuesday 28th July
Session 1: 18.00 – 18.45
Session 2: 18.45 – 19.30
Session 3: 19.30 – 20.30
Friday 24th and 31st July
Session 1: 18.30 – 19.15
Session 2: 19.15 – 20.00
Session 3: 20.00 – 21.00
No training on Sunday 26th July
Back to normal 1st September onwards.
