We have set up a new Intermediate league – competing for a new cup – Anne’s Trophy.  3 rounds,  aimed at our older and faster swimmers, to follow on from the Novice League.

Round 1 – 6^th March
Round 2 – 24^th April
Round 3 – 9^th October

Venue: Totton Leisure Centre, Water Lane,
Totton.

Time:

Doors open 5.30pm
Warm up: 5.45pm
Gala start time 6pm

We will finish at 8.30 p.m.
1st Session:
As normal + Carole and Annette’s lane from 2nd Session
2nd Session:
Swimmers from Anne’s 3 lanes as normal + all swimmers from last session

If you cannot get to pool at the earlier time come when you can.

Sunday: Will go ahead

Friday 18th December

Session 1: 18.30 – 19.30
Session 2:19.30 – 20.30
Session 3: 20.30 – 22.00

From Tuesday 1st December, all Tuesday sessions will start 30 minutes earlier; anyone with any problems regarding this should speak to Anne or Carole. Friday times are unchanged.

SO WE CAN AFFORD ALL THE THINGS YOU LIKE TO DO.

Please book in with Anne or Carole by the 13^th November with the distance you want to do. Anne or Carole will advise you on the distance you could achieve, but 2^nd session swimmers should be thinking of 3000, 4000 or 5000 metres. Don’t panic – you can swim a variety of strokes during the swim.
